The Role

We are looking for a passionate Primary Teaching Assistant to provide support within the classroom, helping teachers deliver engaging lessons and assisting students in their learning journey. In this Temp to Perm role, you will play a key part in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for children in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons, ensuring they meet the needs of all students. Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them with their learning activities. Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN), adapting resources where necessary. Assist in classroom management, encouraging positive behaviour and engagement.
