Our SEN provision includes 10–11 high-needs pupils, and we require TAs who are confident, proactive, and able to adapt quickly. Responsibilities include: Supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, and social/emotional challenges. Working with children from vulnerable home environments and supporting those who may have experienced trauma or instability. Assisting with behaviour regulation using calm, consistent, and positive strategies. Supporting class teachers across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, with particular emphasis on upper KS2 behaviour management. Covering classes when required. Contributing to a safe, nurturing, and inclusive school culture.
