Key Responsibilities:

Full-time Teaching Assistant role - ASAP start, based at a large secondary school in Bolton

Support classroom teaching across a variety of subjects

Provide one-on-one or small group support to pupils who need extra help

Assist in preparing learning materials and organising displays

Help manage behaviour and track student progress

Build strong working relationships with staff, pupils, and families

Take part in regular training and receive ongoing support throughout the school year

Enthusiastic, caring and committed to supporting young people

Confident communicator and a dependable team player

Punctual, organised, and willing to take initiative

Open to feedback and eager to develop professionally

Desirable Experience:

Volunteering or work experience with children or young people

An interest in pursuing a career in education or youth services

GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
