As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide classroom support, assist with lesson delivery, and offer one-to-one or small group interventions. Your role will be vital in creating a positive learning environment and ensuring all students feel supported.

Key Responsibilities:

Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects. Provide targeted assistance to students who require additional help. Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment. Assist with classroom preparation and resource organisation. Promote good behaviour and encourage student participation.Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
