Teaching Assistant Annual Salary: £21k - £24k (actual salary, dependent on experience) Location: Woking, Surrey Job Type: Term-time only This is an outstanding and oversubscribed secondary school,  seeking a passionate, talented, and rigorous Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a vibrant learning community that is committed to delivering innovative and exciting education and ensuring every student achieves their highest potential. Day-to-day of the role: Work as part of the Personalisation Team, led by the SENCO, focusing on a specific area of SEND provision such as small group tutoring. Develop expertise in a designated area to effectively meet the needs of our diverse student cohort. Provide targeted support in English, Maths, and Science to students with an EHCP, both on a 1:1 basis and within small intervention groups. Contribute to the setup and management of EAL provision for the upcoming academic year under the guidance of the SENCO. Engage with continuous professional development and share best practices with colleagues to enhance the learning experience.
