Teaching Assistant
We are currently seeking a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistant to support pupils across a school setting.
This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about helping children achieve their full potential and enjoys working as part of a dedicated education team.
The Role
Support pupils in the classroom, individually or in small groups
Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
Support pupils with additional needs where required
Supervise pupils during activities, breaks and transitions
Promote positive behaviour and support pupils’ wellbeing
The Ideal Candidate
Has experience working with children (school-based experience desirable)
Is patient, caring and enthusiastic
Can work well as part of a team and use their own initiative
Has good communication and interpersonal skills
Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Relevant qualifications or experience (desirable but not essential)
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
