TeacherActive are looking for qualified or highly experienced Teaching Assistants to work within our Primary schools in Ferndale and surrounding areas. The successful candidates will need to be flexible from 08:30am – 15:30pm and be able to work in both the foundation phase as well as Key Stage 2 / KS2. You will be expected to fully submerge yourself into school life becoming a part of the family, ensuring you’re creating a home from home environment for your pupils.

The successful Teaching Assistant / TA will have:

Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or at least 6 months experience within a classroom setting Ability to get stuck in with the children creating a fun learning environment for all A caring, positive approach to working with young children A good knowledge of the Child Protection / Safeguarding procedures In return for the above you can expect to receive:
