Teaching Personnel are seeking an energetic and motivated Teaching Assistant to join one of our partner primary schools on a full-time, temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education, teamwork, and bringing a positive attitude to the classroom.

The role:

Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and preparation

Providing targeted support for pupils with additional learning or emotional needs

Promoting positive behaviour in line with school policies

What we’re looking for:

A caring, patient, and enthusiastic individual

A passion for supporting children and young people

Strong communication and teamwork skills

GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent

Previous experience working with children (desirable but not essential)
