About the Role: You will work closely with class teachers to support the learning and well-being of pupils. This may include one-to-one support, small group work, or assisting within the whole-class environment. Each placement is unique and can vary depending on the needs of the school either in mainstream classrooms or special educational needs (SEN) settings . Key Responsibilities: Support pupils with learning activities in the classroom
Assist in preparing and delivering learning resources
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
Work with pupils who may have additional needs, either 1:1 or in small groups
Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
