Teaching Assistant - Andover Prospero Teaching is recruiting a motivated and supportive Teaching Assistant to join schools in the Andover area. This long-term role involves helping pupils in the classroom, supporting lessons, and giving additional guidance to children who need help staying engaged and confident in their learning. You'll be working closely with teaching staff to support small groups, assist 1:1 when required, and help maintain a positive, structured classroom environment.
