Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire
Salary: Hourly rate DOE (Negotiable)
Hours: 8:30 - 15:30, Term-time (Part-time considered)

Role Overview

Simply Education are recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants for Bicester primary schools. You'll support teachers with classroom learning, assist pupils with SEN, and help deliver a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
  • Support pupils with additional needs, including SEN
  • Work with small groups or 1:1 pupils
  • Aid classroom management and pupil engagement
  • Assist with resources and activities to enhance learning

Skills & Experience:

  • School or childcare experience is desirable but not essential
  • Patient, adaptable, and reliable personality
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passionate about supporting children and willing to learn
