Anchor Conzult is currently supporting a number of primary and secondary schools across Maidstone and the wider Kent area who are looking to strengthen their teams with reliable and committed education professionals.

Due to increasing demand from our partner schools, we are looking to connect with individuals interested in opportunities across a range of education roles.

Opportunities available include:

• Teaching Assistants
• SEN Teaching Assistants
• Cover Supervisors
• Cover Teachers
• Subject Teachers

Assignments are available on a daily supply, short-term, and long-term basis, offering flexibility depending on your availability and experience.

We work closely with schools to ensure placements are a strong fit for both the candidate and the school environment.

• Have strong communication and classroom management skills
