This EYFS Teaching Assistant role is full-time, long-term, and starts as soon as possible. This is EYFS Teaching assistant role requires you to have a level 3 Qualification

This EYFS Teaching Assistant will be based within the EYFS, supporting in Reception. You will assist with class activities, lead small group interventions, and provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs. Key Responsibilities for the EYFS Teaching Assistant: * Work as an EYFS Teaching Assistant in Reception. * Deliver small group interventions, 1:1 support, and general class assistance. * Support learning through play, early phonics, and basic number activities. * Foster a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment. * Provide tailored support for children with social, emotional, and developmental needs.

The Ideal EYFS Teaching Assistant Will: * Be a passionate and engaging EYFS Teaching Assistant with EYFS experience and have a level 3 TA qualification or equivalent. * Have a sound understanding of child development and early years frameworks. * Be creative, adaptable, and confident working across different EYFS settings. * Be able to support children with a wide range of needs, including SEND. * Show excellent teamwork and communication skills.

EYFS Teaching Assistant Requirements: * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply). * Right to work in the UK. * Recent references covering the last 2-3 years. * A genuine passion for working in EYFS as a Teaching Assistant.
