This is a part-time, long-term position starting after Easter, ideal for someone looking to make a real difference in a young person’s school experience. The Role Provide 1-to-1 support for a KS3 pupil with behavioural needs Help manage emotions, behaviours, and engagement in lessons Work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to follow support plans Maintain a calm, consistent presence to encourage positive routines Support the pupil in class and during transitions where required What We’re Looking For Experience supporting pupils with behavioural or SEMH needs A calm, patient, and understanding approach Strong communication and de-escalation skills Reliability and a commitment to supporting long-term progress School experience preferred but not essential Why Reed Education?
