The school has various roles in various years groups and days so can be very flexible to candidates. There are ample opportunities to contribute to the holistic development of pupils in a dynamic and supportive environment. Your role will be pivotal in engaging pupils in their learning journey through a patient and inclusive approach, utilising a variety of activities and creative resources that cater to individual learning styles. Ability to work effectively with whole classes, small groups, and on a one-to-one basis, showcasing adaptability in teaching methods. While a Level 2 to Level 3 qualification in Childcare is preferred, it is not essential, as we also value relevant experience and a commitment to professional development. A current Enhanced DBS check on the update service, ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding for the welfare of the students. Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK.
