Experience supporting children or young people is valued however, we also welcome applicants from care, youth work, coaching, mentoring, support work or other people-focused backgrounds . Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both pupils and staff. A genuine interest in education and helping children progress academically, socially and emotionally. An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
