What’s on Offer Roles: Part-time & full-time opportunities Year Groups: KS1 & KS2 Location: Primary schools across Wakefield You’ll be at the heart of the classroom, supporting learning, encouraging confidence, and helping create inclusive, engaging spaces where every child can thrive. Your Role Will Include Supporting teachers with imaginative, meaningful, and inclusive lessons Providing 1:1 and small group support to help pupils grow in confidence Helping with classroom routines, preparation, and general day-to-day tasks Creating a warm, safe, and nurturing learning environment Getting involved in school life, enrichment activities, and wider initiatives What I’m Looking For I’d love to speak with Teaching Assistants who have: Experience supporting children in KS1 and/or KS2 A relevant qualification (Level 2/3 TA, CACHE, or equivalent) A genuine passion for helping children flourish academically and personally Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive approach An Enhanced DBS, or willingness to obtain one Why Join Reed Education?
