Teaching Assistant (Part-Time) - South Staffordshire

Academics a leading teacher recruitment agency are supporting a friendly village primary school in South Staffordshire who are seeking a dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to work in their school from September 2025, working 1 day per week across our age ranges where needed from Reception to Year 6.

About the Role:

Provide support to class teachers and pupils across various year groups.

Deliver targeted support to individuals and small groups.

Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Adapt to the needs of different classes throughout the school day.

Has experience working with children in a school or similar setting.

Is flexible, proactive, and enthusiastic about learning.

Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Has a good understanding of child development and safeguarding practices.
