About the Role:

Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs Support the delivery of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and tailored learning activities Assist class teachers in delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive classroom environment Offer personal care support where required, in line with individual needs Monitor and record pupil progress, providing feedback to teaching staff Build strong, trusting relationships to support pupil confidence and engagement

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working with children or young people, ideally within SEND settings A genuine passion for supporting pupils with diverse needs A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) are desirable but not es...
