About Us: Horizon Teachers is working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Hounslow to find a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025. This is a full-time, long-term role (8:30 AM 3:30 PM), providing 1:1 support for a pupil with special educational needs.The school has a warm, inclusive atmosphere where staff feel valued and children are supported to thrive a truly lovely environment to make a meaningful impact. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work 1:1 with a KS1 child, supporting them with their learning, behaviour, and emotional development throughout the school day.
