In this role, you will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis, helping them engage with their learning while ensuring they feel safe, supported, and understood. Build trusting relationships to help pupils feel secure and confident. * Support teaching staff in delivering personalised learning activities. Previous experience working in a school or educational setting (desirable but not essential). * Calm, resilient, and able to manage challenging behaviour effectively. * Holds a clean and up-to-date DBS check or is willing to obtain one.
