You will be supporting children aged 3-5, assisting with personal care, leading small group activities (such as phonics or messy play), and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment where the youngest learners can flourish. UK Experience: You must have previous experience working within a UK educational or childcare setting . Energy and Empathy: The ability to engage children through storytelling, outdoor play, and creative activities. Since schools rely on you to maintain ratios, punctuality and a proactive attitude are essential. Flexibility: You decide your availability, perfect for students, parents, or those seeking a better work-life balance.
