Teaching Assistant – Primary School (SEN Support) Bristol Area Full Time | Monday – Friday | 08:30 – 15:30 | Term Time Only Pay: £92.63 per day
We are currently seeking two enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Bristol area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to access learning, build confidence, and thrive within the school environment.

The Role:
* Supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs
* Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
* Providing one-to-one and small group support
* Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
* Contributing to a safe, caring, and supportive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
* A positive, patient, and caring approach
* Flexible and adaptable to meet a range of learning needs
* A genuine passion for supporting children’s development
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Previous SEN experience is desirable but not essential
This role would suit individuals looking to start a career in education, as well as those with experience in care, youth work, or support roles.
Requirements:
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* A strong commitment to supporting and empowering young learners
* A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
