Your new role As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4 in and out of the classroom Work closely with teachers to support learning and engagement Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment Support pupils with additional needs where required A varied role working in all areas of the school with the option to specialise What you'll need to succeed Previous experience working with young people (school based experience desirable) A calm, patient and proactive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for supporting secondary age learners What you'll get in return A welcoming and well-res...
