What We’re Looking For To succeed in a Level 3 Teaching Assistant role across the Wirral, you’ll need: A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). Proven experience supporting pupils in a primary, secondary or SEND school setting (through your course or within a work placement). Strong understanding of safeguarding, behaviour management and inclusive learning support. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff. Confidence delivering small-group interventions and supporting differentiated learning. A caring, committed and adaptable approach to supporting children’s academic and emotional development.
