Daily Supply Teaching Assistant - Redbridge

We are currently recruiting Daily Supply Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in Redbridge.

This is an ideal role for flexible, reliable TAs who are confident supporting pupils on short-term and day-to-day bookings.

The role includes:

Supporting pupils in the classroom on a daily supply basis

Working 1:1 or with small groups as required

Assisting with behaviour management and engagement

Supporting pupils with SEND where needed

Adapting quickly to different school environments

The ideal candidate:

Has previous TA or school-based experience

Is flexible, punctual and professional

Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff

Is confident following school policies and routines
