Your new company Are you looking for a rewarding role supporting children in their educational journey? Hays Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across a range of local schools in Yardley, B25 and surrounding areas.

Your new role As a Teaching Assistant, you'll be working in primary school settings, supporting pupils both in the classroom and on a one-to-one basis. You'll help deliver engaging lessons and provide tailored support, particularly to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This is a flexible supply role, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities to suit your availability.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant, NVQ, CACHE or equivalent A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development Understanding or experience of working with SEN Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A flexible and proactive approach to working in different school environmentsWhat you'll get in return
