Teaching and Learning Assistant - Primary Setting (Term-Time Only) Location: Stoke-on-Trent | Hours: Monday to Friday

We are currently working in partnership with a well-regarded primary school in the Stoke-on-Trent area to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching and Learning Assistant. The Role: This term-time only position is focused on supporting the teaching staff in delivering high-quality education across the primary age range. You will play a key role in helping pupils to engage in learning, supporting their academic and personal development, and contributing to the positive ethos of the school.

Key Responsibilities: - Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons - Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils - Helping to manage classroom behaviour in line with school policy - Supporting pupils with additional needs to ensure full inclusion in classroom activities - Contributing to the planning and preparation of learning resources - Liaising effectively with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals where necessary
