About the Role:
Plan, deliver, and adapt lessons to meet the individual needs of pupils with SEMH challenges.
Support the development of students' emotional regulation, social skills, and independence.
Work closely with the SEN team, SLT, and external agencies to ensure holistic support for every pupil.
Contribute to the school's nurturing and inclusive environment, fostering a love of learning.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Strong experience working in SEN or SEMH settings.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting children with complex needs.
