An Outstanding secondary school in East London is seeking an energetic and motivated Physical Education (PE) ECT to join their team from September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Early Career Teacher to begin their teaching career in a high-performing and supportive environment, with a strong emphasis on staff development and student achievement.

The Role:

* Teaching PE across KS3 and KS4 (with potential for KS5 as you develop)

* Delivering engaging and inclusive practical and theory-based lessons

* Promoting physical activity, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles

* Contributing to extracurricular sports clubs and school fixtures

* Completing your ECT induction within a structured and supportive framework

The Ideal Candidate:

* Achieved or on track to achieve QTS (ECT)

* Degree in PE, Sports Science, or a related subject

* Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for sport and physical education

* Ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities

* Keen to develop and grow within a high-performing school
