VNA Education is working with a high-performing secondary school to recruit an ambitious and committed Teacher of Maths to join a large, successful and well-established department.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Maths specialist who is passionate about high-quality teaching, strong subject pedagogy and exceptional student outcomes, with teaching across KS3, KS4 and potentially KS5

The Role

* Deliver high-quality Maths teaching across the curriculum

* Contribute to a knowledge-rich, well-sequenced Maths curriculum

* Use assessment and data effectively to drive progress and achievement

* Work collaboratively within a high-performing department

* Support students to develop confidence, resilience and aspiration in Maths

The ideal candidate

* Qualified Teacher (QTS) or ECT with strong subject knowledge

* Maths graduate or subject specialist (desirable)

* Proven or emerging track record of effective classroom practice

* Reflective practitioner committed to continuous improvement

* Strong communicator with high expectations of behaviour and achievement

* Clear commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
