Salary: £25,600 - £27,500 per annum (£1700 salary supplement dependent on experience and qualifications) Location: Stoke-on-Trent Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are seeking a committed and resilient Teacher of English & Maths to support learners who may have experienced barriers to mainstream education, helping them re-engage and achieve meaningful qualifications.

Role Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and accessible English and Maths lessons to learners working towards GCSE or Functional Skills qualifications.
Plan, prepare, and adapt schemes of work to meet the needs of learners with varying abilities and learning gaps.
Assess student work regularly, providing clear feedback and support to drive progress.
Monitor attendance, behaviour, and academic progress, implementing interventions where needed.
