The Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to join our Humanities team and inspire students through engaging teaching in History and Politics. Youll play a key role in shaping learners progress, creating high-quality learning experiences, and supporting their personal development. Working flexibly across different learning environments, youll bring innovative approaches to the curriculum, foster confidence, and help students achieve their full potential within a supportive and forward-thinking college community.

About you

You ll be an engaging and skilled teacher with recent experience delivering A-Level History and A-Level Politics, supported by a strong record of student achievement. With excellent interpersonal and time-management skills, youll be confident using IT and MS Office. You will hold a degree in a relevant subject, Level 2 Maths and English, and a PGCE/CertEd, alongside a Level 4 professional subject qualification. Experience with AQA, wider curriculum understanding, or additional subject/enrichment delivery would be an advantage.
