This opportunity would be ideal for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for a supportive induction and strong mentoring, as well as experienced teachers seeking to further develop their career in a progressive and forward-thinking school.

You will play a key role in delivering engaging Business Studies lessons at Key Stages 4 and 5, helping students develop valuable knowledge and skills that prepare them for further education and the world of work.

The successful candidate will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (PGCE, B.Ed, GTP or equivalent)
Have strong knowledge of the Business Studies curriculum, particularly at KS4 and KS5
Be confident in planning and delivering challenging, engaging lessons that support student progress
Demonstrate a genuine passion for Business Studies and the ability to inspire and motivate learners
Be committed to maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and behaviour
