Job Description
- Provide expert tax advisory services to a diverse client base.
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of tax clients, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Develop and implement tax strategies tailored to client needs.
- Review and supervise the preparation of tax returns by junior team members.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation and regulations.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff within the tax department.
- Assist in business development activities and client relationship management.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated professional services.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Tax Senior Manager should have:
- Professional qualification in tax or accountancy (e.g., CTA, ACA, or equivalent).
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in tax regulations.
- Proven experience managing client portfolios within the professional services industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
