This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading professional services firm in London as they continue to grow their M&A Management Advisory team.About the RoleAs a Tax Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting transactions from start to finish-advising on the design and implementation of employee incentive schemes, contributing to tax due diligence, and assisting with structuring projects across a range of deals.You'll work closely with Senior Managers and Directors while taking increasing ownership of client relationships, project delivery, and the development of junior team members.What You'll Be DoingSupporting tax due diligence projects across M&A and Private Equity transactionsAssisting with tax structuring work, identifying risks and opportunities for clientsAdvising on the design and implementation of incentive schemes for management teamsManaging workstreams within larger engagements and ensuring high-quality deliverablesBuilding strong working relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and the broader deal advisory networkCoaching and reviewing the work of junior team membersThis Role Is for You If You Have:Experience in tax advisory with exposure to transactions or Private Equity environmentsStrong communication skills, with the confidence to engage clients and influence stakeholdersExcellent analytical skills, with a track record of delivering clear, insightful written adviceSolid organisational and project management skills-comfortable balancing multiple deadlinesA commercial mindset and enthusiasm for developing deeper expertise within M&A advisoryWhy This Opportunity Stands OutJoin a firm recognised for its people-first culture, ambitious growth trajectory, and market-leading benefits package.
