We're working with a well-established, international investment group to recruit a UK tax specialist into a growing in-house tax team. This role offers broad exposure across UK corporation tax and group reporting , within a collaborative tax function that supports a diverse portfolio of UK and international investments. You'll take ownership of UK tax compliance while also playing a key role in upcoming finance and systems transformation initiatives , making this a great opportunity for someone who wants to combine technical work with process improvement and stakeholder engagement. The Role UK Tax Compliance Lead UK corporation tax compliance, including preparation of returns, quarterly payments and group schedules Manage a portfolio of UK tax compliance work, coordinating inputs from wider finance and tax stakeholders Monitor international activity impacting UK tax (e.g. CFC considerations, transfer pricing and emerging regimes) Lead Senior Accounting Officer obligations and tax risk reporting Support internal controls testing in collaboration with audit and finance teams Tax Reporting & Projects Support year-end tax reporting and disclosures for group financial statements Contribute to tax transparency and tax contribution reporting...
