Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop a varied portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients.
* Provide high-level tax planning and advisory services to individuals and businesses.
* Review complex tax computations and returns.
* Ensure full compliance with HMRC regulations and deadlines.
* Support junior staff through mentorship and technical guidance.
* Preparing annual and management accounts.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation and industry developments.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
* Professionally qualified (ATT / CTA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent).
* Significant experience in a tax-focused role within an accountancy practice.
* Strong knowledge of UK personal and corporate tax compliance and planning.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships.
