An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Business Tax Advisory Associate Director to join a leading Top 20 professional services firm with a strong UK and international presence. This role offers the chance to work with major corporate, listed and multinational clients, providing high-level tax advisory support that truly influences business strategy.

As an Associate Director, you'll:

Build and nurture relationships with a diverse portfolio of large, listed, and international clients.
\n
Provide strategic tax advisory support across complex technical matters.
\n
Collaborate across multiple service lines including M&A, risk, consulting, and technology.
\n
Champion innovation through technology and process improvements.
\n
Contribute to the development of people within the team and help shape the firm's future growth.
\n

About You:
\n
\n
ACA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent experience).
\n
Extensive experience advising large corporates and international groups on UK and cross-border tax matters.
\n
A strong record of building new client relationships and winning advisory work.
\n
Skilled in managing diverse projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
\n
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a genuine interest in developing others.
\n
