About the Role
We’re looking for a Talent Systems & Delivery Coordinator to run the engine room of our recruitment function at CarmichaelUK.
This is a tech-enabled, process-driven role focused on maintaining continuous outreach, managing responses, and delivering high-quality, pre-qualified candidate pipelines to our project teams—without the sales targets or cold BD.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Keep Dripify + LinkedIn Recruiter outreach campaigns live and relevant at all times.
* Manage inbound responses and follow-ups with professionalism and consistency.
* Write sharp, targeted job adverts that speak to site-based engineering talent.
* Qualify candidates efficiently—focusing on those who are genuinely available and interested.
* Keep Firefish CRM clean and well-organised by project, region, and role.
* Work closely with Account Directors to understand hiring needs and align your delivery accordingly.
* Ensure accurate data capture and tagging for PowerBI reporting which is used to support our project teams.
* Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes, including AI-led tools to reduce manual filtering.
