An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Programme Manager to design, lead and deliver high-impact talent and early careers programmes within a complex, future-focused organisation. This role sits at the heart of the organisation's Talent Strategy , playing a critical part in building the pipelines of capability and leadership needed for the future. The successful candidate will raise the bar on talent programmes, ensuring they are innovative, inclusive, and aligned to long-term organisational goals. The Role The Talent Programme Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end design, management and delivery of flagship Talent and Early Careers programmes, including graduate schemes. Working closely with senior stakeholders across HR and the wider business, the role will ensure programmes are fit for purpose, operationally excellent and deliver meaningful outcomes for both participants and the organisation.
