Talent Acquisition Consultant – Centralised recruitment team - Technology and Data
LOCATION: Leeds
Salary: £39,825 - £44,250
HOURS:Full-Time
WORKING PATTERN:Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
The Centralised Recruitment team delivers recruitment campaigns across multiple locations through strategic planning, candidate sourcing, research and market intelligence, supporting all recruitment activities across our tech and data vacancies.
We've got an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition consultant. You'll play a pivotal role setting high standards for talent quality aligned with our ambitious talent acquisition goals, proactively finding top passive and diverse talent available in the market. You'll take an active role in guiding candidates through the recruitment journey, ensuring a smooth and personalised experience, always looking for ways to improve the candidate experience.

We'll need you to
Use strategic sourcing methods by utilising tools and techniques to identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates.
Have deep knowledge of market intelligence tools including LinkedIn Talent Insights, Talent Neuron, Horsefly a to deliver market insights to support hiring decisions.
Have an understanding of direct sourcing and talent research methods by using various channels and databases such as LinkedIn, online communities, social media profiles, competing companies and more.
Use our employee value proposition to drive creative attraction strategies to generic diverse candidate pipelines.
Manage large scale recruitment pipelines and ensure outstanding candidate engagement and enablement of recruitment policies and standards.
Collaborate through being an active participator in team development initiatives, and encouraging a collaborative and innovative environment.
What you’ll need
Experience working in a large complex environment to source, attract and recruit tech and data roles, delivering at pace and volume, this should include software engineering roles.
A robust network within the local market to support proactive talent identification and leading initiatives to diversify candidate pipelines for better inclusivity, using the latest sourcing & social media platforms such as TikTok & LinkedIn.
Expertise in leading multiple customers with contending priorities, navigating and resolving conflicts, with the ability to influence and guide hiring decisions
A passion for the candidate journey, providing a friction free recruitment journey, using data and insights to help identify blockages and areas of potential improvement in the hiring process.
Experience of in-house recruitment and HR policies and recruitment best practices to support the end to end recruitment journey.

Using Workday, Talent Neuron, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights and Avature.
