Talent Acquisition Strategy Manager – eCommerce – London – Hybrid working - £65,000 - £85,000

Our client is a leading international eCommerce platform that is looking to grow it’s talent team and currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition profession to lead global initiatives across multiple recruitment channels, talent intelligence, and strategic partnerships.

Duties in this role include

• Lead global Talent Acquisition projects, including recruitment channels and top-talent programs.
• Manage supplier partnerships.
• Define project scope, KPIs, and timelines to deliver business-aligned results.
• Collaborate across the TA teams, HR, employer branding, and suppliers to ensure business success.
• Develop and put in standardised processes, frameworks, and best practices across regions.

• 5+ years in talent acquisition role or channel management.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects globally or regionally.
• Strong understanding of TA lifecycle metrics and operational processes.
