I’m working with a leading premium hospitality group to recruit a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced talent professional to make a real impact by developing and implementing a robust recruitment strategy across a diverse portfolio of high-end hospitality businesses.


The Role:

This newly created role will focus on senior level recruitment across multiple brands within the group. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and embedding a consistent, scalable recruitment process - helping to attract, engage and retain top-tier talent across the business.

You will work strategically and operationally, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and People teams to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and leadership roles across the group
  • Develop and implement a proactive, long-term talent acquisition strategy
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand current and future hiring needs
  • Support and enhance the employer brand and EVP through consistent messaging and tone of voice
  • Design and execute sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment partners
  • Track and analyse key hiring metrics to improve performance and efficiency
  • Ensure a first-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process


Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in senior-level talent acquisition, preferably within multi-site or multi-brand environments
  • Background in premium or luxury hospitality or retail is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to build recruitment processes from the ground up
  • Strong understanding of recruitment marketing, employer branding, and sourcing techniques
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work at pace, drive results and adapt quickly
