Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will be responsible for professional services recruitment, and experience of this is non-negotiable. The role offers hybrid working and ideally you will come from a professional services recruitment background, whether that be agency or inhouse. Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist: Resourcing and recruiting for senior / specialist professional services roles Strong direct sourcing methodology and proven ability to manage candidates. Focus on attracting and recruiting passive candidates within a professional services environment Preferred Supplier List recruitment agency management. Advising line managers/interviewers and supporting them in terms of best practice. Experience in passive sourcing using a broad range of techniques and technologies including CV databases using Boolean searching, LinkedIn Recruiter etc. Specialist sourcing experience with a focus on attracting and engaging niche, passive candidates Experience required for the TA Specialist: In-house, agency or RPO experience - with proven success in direct sourcing for professional services Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence.
