Job Purpose: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will drive recruitment strategies for high-impact roles, shaping the future of our company by attracting top-tier talent across various functions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring needs and plan workforce requirements.
• Source high-caliber professionals via direct approaches, headhunting, and digital methods.
• Create compelling job advertisements and promote employer branding.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and relationship management.
• Build and nurture a candidate pipeline for current and future needs.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to stay ahead of trends.
• Provide recruitment analytics and reports to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve candidate experience and recruitment workflows.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to manage full recruitment lifecycle independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in employer branding and candidate relationship management.
