Talent Acquisition Specialist (Business Partner)

Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting, candidate communications, and offer coordination.
Maintain and update our ATS (Workday Recruiting) to ensure accurate data and reporting.
Collaborate with TA Business Partners to understand hiring needs and provide administrative and operational support.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including social media content and recruitment marketing campaigns.
Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline activity, and diversity data.
Stay up to date on recruitment best practices and contribute ideas to improve our processes and candidate experience.
Some experience in a recruitment, HR, or administrative support role (in-house or agency) is preferred.
Strong interest in talent acquisition and a desire to build a career in recruitment.
Comfortable using technology and learning new systems (experience with Workday or similar ATS is a plus).
Interest in or willingness to learn about the financial services/insurance industry.
