Overview
A global brand is seeking a highly capable Talent Acquisition Partner to support fast-paced, high-volume recruitment across multiple business functions. This role requires someone who can manage a large amount of talent acquisition, work closely with senior stakeholders to identify areas of change in the business and focus on identifying personnel that will enable the business to deliver on their mission.

Role & Responsibilities

Partnering with senior stakeholders to understand needs for the business and what personnel will be required
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a broad range of roles.
Handle a large amount of vacancies
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide market insights.
Build effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
Advertise roles, manage applications, conduct screening, and deliver shortlists to managers
Drive efficient interview processes and ensure smooth scheduling and communication.
Maintain accurate data and candidate records within ATS.
Provide a consistent and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
Manage stakeholders across multiple departments, ensuring timely updates and clear communication.
Support recruitment reporting, data accuracy, and process improvements.
Contribute to broader TA initiatives such as employer branding, talent pipelining, and diversity hiring.
Essential Skills & Experience

Hands on recruitment experience, dealing with a large number of vacancies at one time
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to focus on business change and requirements
Experience hiring across a complex organisation with a wide range of role types.
Strong candidate and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and advertising.
Experience using ATS
Proven success delivering high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and compliance across systems and processes.
