A global outsourcing & FM company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across its Corporate Services division.


This is a business-facing TA role where the successful candidate will partner closely with senior leaders, delivering end-to-end recruitment across management and engineering roles.


What the role involves

  • Owning end-to-end recruitment across Corporate Services
  • Delivering 40–50 management hires annually
  • Supporting high-volume engineering recruitment (200–250 roles per year)
  • Partnering with leaders to shape role definition, attraction strategy and hiring decisions
  • Managing one Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on non-management hiring
  • Ensuring a strong candidate experience and employer brand in the market


What they’re looking for

  • Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment in a high-volume environment
  • Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
  • Ability to balance corporate processes with pragmatic recruitment delivery
  • A commercial, delivery-focused TA professional who enjoys working closely with the business
  • Open on sector but Retail, FM, Engineering or bias towards 'customer' centric environments.
