Mapped Recruitment is partnering with a well-established British retailer with over 150 stores across the UK on their search for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team immediately.


This position will take sole ownership of managing in-store and Head Office vacancies and is looking for someone to support over an initial six-month fixed-term contract.


The main duties will include:


  • Reporting to the Head of People
  • Advert and vacancy management for all store positions
  • Sourcing high-quality candidates through various sourcing methods
  • Coordinating the end-to-end process; pre-screening candidates, maintaining recruitment pipelines and arranging interviews where necessary
  • Working closely with the Regional Managers, Division Directors and other hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
  • Maintaining and updating recruitment trackers, providing insight into the business's hiring needs
  • Liaising with agencies for niche roles as well as adopting direct hiring methods
  • Negotiating with job boards and agencies
  • Budget control
  • Offer first-class talent support to the company in a timely and efficient manner whilst keeping stakeholders and hiring managers regularly updated


Key requirements:


  • A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience (internal or agency experience will be considered)
  • Experience recruiting in a retail environment/sales/commission-oriented is essential
  • A proven track record of building relationships with internal stakeholders
  • All successful candidates must be available to start a role immediately or on short notice and be able to commit to a 6-month fixed-term contract.


This role requires ideally 1 day a week working from their London Bridge Office (flexible depending on the successful candidate's location)
